He's had great check ups and has done well with his vaccinations, he just gets a little needy and wants to cuddle afterwards which I love! We've got a tall skinny boy - at his 4 month check up he was in the 33rd% for weight and the 77th% for height!
Fall is one of my favorite seasons and it seems like we have something going on every weekend. I'll try to recap some of the highlights and include some of my favorite pics of Landon.
We've been enjoying a fun KSU football season! I think Landon's K-State shoes must be good luck! He does however, appear to be ashamed to be wearing purple in this pic.
Looking like some "tough guy" from Jersey.
He's been loving sitting up in the Bumbo (don't worry, I know there was a recall and his seat now has a safety strap). I think he feels like a big boy in it. He also puts anything he can get his hands on in his mouth.
Our good friends Byron and Monica got married in Wichita and Willie made an appearance at the reception. Landon wasn't so good at the rehearsal dinner but stayed up late and had a great time at the wedding reception.
We couldn't leave the Wichita area with out stopping at my Aunt Judy's and Uncle Don's in Kechi.
Unfortunately sporting red for the Chiefs games hasn't brought them so much luck this season.
I just love animal faces on bottoms - they are too cute! We call these his Monkey Butt PJs.
He's still not a big fan of being on his stomach. I had to put him down and immediately snap this picture!
Love those piercing blues!
Chris got to meet up with some college friends for a long weekend in Denver so Landon and I headed to my parents. He was able t to see his Great Grandma Roth again in Abilene. He liked to jibber jabber to her and attack and gum her thumb knuckle.
Landon's loved to stand (assisted of course) since about 8 weeks. We knew he'd love an exersaucer except the poor guy couldn't reach anything with his mouth yet. I have hilarious video of him lunging his mouth toward the toys but coming up short - poor guy! Luckily it only took a couple weeks for him to grow tall enough to reach the toys.
When Chris doesn't have meetings scheduled around noon we get meet up for a lunch date every now and then. Chris loves getting to see Landon during the middle of the work day!
I just couldn't resist buying him the sock monkey hoodie.
Early morning cuddles with Grandpa.
I got the hair brained idea that we should throw an Oktoberfest in our front yard. Since it was being held in our front yard I thought I should invite the whole block as well as our friends. Thank goodness for my sister and parents! We couldn't have pulled it off without them! I found some lederhosen clipart and made an iron on transfer for one of Landon's onesies. Note the tall white socks with sandals, I'm sure in 20 years Landon will look at this pic and just shake his head.

We went on a little Fall family excursion to a Cider Mill. I thought it would be the perfect place to snap some Fall photos of Landon as well as some family photos. Unfortunately it was extremely windy so only a few photos turned out.
Happy Fall everyone!
